Phoenix

We left City of Rocks State Park and headed to Usery Mountain Regional Park east of Phoenix on Apr 1.

Our first stop in the Phoenix area was Taliesin West, the summer home of Frank Lloyd Wright.

On the way back to the campground we stopped at fields of Mexican Poppies

While in Phoenix we went to the Heard Museum, an excellent museum of Native American art, and visited the Pueblo Grande archeology site.

Our final stop was the Japanese Friendship Garden in downtown Phoenix
